A return load is exactly what it says it is - it occurs when we deliver goods to a client's site and then collect at the same time and transport the goods back to base. This kind of work happens often, especially with our customers in the automotive industry where we may deliver components to a factory and then collect other materials to be returned to the manufacturing centre.

Return loads is another way of making best use of our vehicle fleet. Apart from anything else it proves to be more cost effective to our customers as an empty trailer returning to base is a cost in itself and is normally factored in to any contract.
